Vigorous Cross Leads to Dismissal

On Behalf of Jonathan W. Turner, Attorney | Aug 13, 2024 | Firm News |

Domestic Violence criminal cases often are he said/she said cases. Basically one person’s word over another. The key to any such defense is vigorous cross examination that leads to the truth.

Recently Jonathan W. Turner obtained a dismissal due to vigorous cross examination that had the state’s witness admit that he incapacitated the defendant and had engaged in mutual combat. Without cross, the witness’ version of events would have led to a miscarriage of justice.
