Jonathan W. Turner won a DUI appeal from Maury County due to an illegal, unconstitutional stop of his client’s vehicle. Mr. Turner had successfully argued at the trial court level that the officer conducted an illegal stop of his client’s vehicle. The State appealed and subsequently lost.
